How fast is delivery?
Dubai: same day if you order before 8 PM, 7 days a week. Sharjah and Ajman: same day if you order before 4 PM (no delivery on Sundays). Other emirates: 1–2 days.
Are the games original?
Yes. Original cartridges, discs and consoles, each tested in our shop before it ships.
Will a Japanese game work on my console?
Every listing shows its region. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you buy.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days to return or exchange it.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Choose Tamara at checkout to split your payment into smaller instalments.
