- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

- UAE: 20 AED (Free shipping on orders 300 AED and above)
- GCC & Worldwide: 73 AED (Free shipping on orders 300 AED and above)
Delivery Methods
- UAE: Orders are shipped via SMSA.
- GCC & Other Countries: Orders are shipped via Emirates Post and SMSA.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can also log in to your account on our website to track your shipment.
- For order-related inquiries, email support@retros.ae with your order number in the subject line.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim.
- We will assist you in the claim process as much as possible.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the product cost (excluding the shipping fee).
Change of Address
