At Retros, every console, game, and accessory goes through a complete inspection, cleaning, and testing process in our Dubai store before it’s sold.
Our goal is simple — to make sure every item you buy works perfectly and feels authentic to your retro memories.

  • Game labels, cartridge pins, and discs are inspected for authenticity and wear.

  • Cartridges and discs are cleaned using anti-static wipes and professional polish.

  • Consoles, controllers, and cables are dusted, sanitized, and refreshed for display.

🎮 3. Testing

  • Consoles are powered on and tested on actual displays (CRT/LCD).

  • Games are played for several minutes to verify full functionality.

  • Controllers and buttons are checked for responsiveness and stability.

📸 4. Photography & Listing

  • All photos are taken in Dubai — what you see on our website is the exact item you receive.

  • Every verified product includes a 30-day local warranty.

كما يتم تجربة الألعاب لعدة دقائق للتأكد من أنها تعمل بالكامل، مع اختبار الأزرار والتحكمات لضمان الاستجابة السليمة

التصوير والعرض

جميع الصور ملتقطة داخل دبي — المنتج الذي تراه هو نفسه الذي تستلمه، دون أي اختلاف

الضمان المحلي

كل منتج مجرّب يأتي مع ضمان محلي لمدة ثلاثين يوماً
